1st International Conference of Far-distance EKG Monitoring with Mobile Phone, June 1, 2008, Shanghai, China
Dear Members and Guests:
Long distance EKG monitoring, which in the past was by means of regular telephone, has in recent years been successfully carried out by mobile phones. Monitoring by mobile phone is not only simple and quick, but also convenient and practical. Its widespread use would ensure improvement of healthcare delivery not only in China but also throughout the world. China is taking the first step in organizing the 1st ICFEMMP on June 1st in Shanghai. I wish the conference great success. Although I am unable to attend the conference in person due to scheduling conflict, I am asking my co-chairman Professor Chen Haozhu to deliver this message to you on my behalf. Thank you.
